The friendly fine print

The short version: we make it, you see it first, and if it arrives damaged we put it right.

How an order works

• You describe your idea and pay. We build it and send you a preview, usually within 1 to 3 days.
• One round of changes is included. More changes? Reply to our email and we’ll help.
• When you approve it, it goes straight to the printer.

Changing your mind

Every order is made just for you, so it can’t be resold. That means:

• Before you approve your preview: changed your mind? Email us and we’ll cancel and refund you in full.
• After you approve it: it’s already being printed, so we can’t cancel or take it back. For customers in the EU and UK, the 14-day right of withdrawal doesn’t apply to goods made to the customer’s own specifications or clearly personalized.

If something’s wrong

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing fault, email us within 30 days with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. Our print partner checks every claim and may ask for more photos or for the item back. Once it’s confirmed, we reprint it for free.

Your legal rights for faulty goods always apply too.

Colors on screens and on paper are never quite identical. Prints can look a little softer than the preview, especially night skies and deep blues.

Your idea and your photos

• Only send photos you’re allowed to use. They’re used only to make your build.
• We may turn down an idea, for example one that copies someone else’s brand or characters, shows a real person without their OK, or is hurtful. If we do, you get a full refund.
• The finished picture is yours to enjoy. If you said it’s okay, we may show it in our gallery (never your name).

Prices and delivery

• Prices and shipping are shown before you pay. Taxes or import charges may apply depending on where it ships.
• Printing usually takes a few days, then delivery takes about 5 to 10 business days. We email tracking when it ships.

Gift cards

Gift cards never expire and have no fees. Use the code at checkout on any build or gallery design; it pays for the items (shipping is paid separately) and whatever’s left stays on the card for next time. Gift cards can’t be swapped for cash, except where the law says otherwise. Lost the code? Write to us and we’ll send it again.

The unwrapping video reward

Post a video of your gift being opened with our hashtag and #ad, send us the link, and we’ll send a discount code once we’ve seen it. One per order, works once, can’t be swapped for cash. The reward is for posting, whatever you say about us.
