Your privacy

We only collect what we need to make and deliver your gift, and we never sell it.

Who we are

This shop is run by Made in Blocks. You can reach us at the address our emails come from, or just reply to any of our emails.

What we collect

• Your idea, and anything you add to it: photos, captions, words for the print, a gift note, a world save, a spot on the map and the words on its pins.
• Your name, email and shipping address, so we can send updates and deliver your order.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• If you send us an unwrapping video, the link to your post.
• If you ask us to email you when we open: your email address, used for that one email only, and the campaign name in the ad link you came from, if any (so we know which ads work). Both are deleted right after that email is sent. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.

What we use it for

• Making your build, showing you the preview and printing your order.
• Emails about your order. We don’t send newsletters or ads.
• With your permission only: showing the finished picture in our gallery. Never your name, and never your photos.

Who helps us

A few companies handle parts of the order for us, only for that purpose:

• Stripe: payments.
• Printful: printing and shipping. They get your name, shipping address and the print file.
• Resend: sending our emails.
• Cloudflare: keeping the website fast and safe, and counting visits anonymously (no cookies, no tracking across sites).
• OpenStreetMap: only if you order a real place. The map you drag is loaded from openstreetmap.org, and address searches go to it through us (it sees what you searched, not who you are). We use its free map data to build your place.

Some of them are based in the US. They are bound by data protection agreements, including the EU’s standard contractual clauses where needed.

How long we keep it

• Your photos, world save and map spot are deleted 60 days after your order ships (or is canceled).
• Order details (what you bought, where it went) are kept as long as the law requires for tax records.
• Want something deleted sooner? Just ask.

Cookies

We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser remembers a few small things for you, like your language and an unfinished idea, and Stripe and Cloudflare use the cookies they need to work securely.

If you came to us from one of our ads, we note which one (a short tag like “tiktok / launch”) with your order or reminder signup, so we know which ads work. It isn’t shared with anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete the information we have about you, or object to how we use it. If you’re in the EU or UK and you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
